Agada Folegandros
The AGADA Folegandros concept is based on the owners’ desire to create a unique hospitality unit, fully integrated into the local environment of Folegandros and harmonized with the island’s wild beauty.
Wanting to contribute to the sustainable development of the local community while also offering visitors a unique experience, we designed a complex of tourist accommodations with energy class A+ that is completely based on local architecture, while simultaneously addressing the modern needs of design and the specifications of a 5* rating within the private spaces of each suite, as well as providing luxurious hospitality.
The AGADA Folegandros concept was created with a focus on local bioclimatic architecture, establishing Infinity Suites and Villas with energy class A+, balancing luxurious design, absolute functionality, and connection with the unique nature of Folegandros.
Having preserved the natural contours of the land, we constructed underground residences in locations indicated by the topography of the hill, as well as stone villas that overlook the Aegean Sea and the surrounding Cycladic islands.
The unique bioclimatic design, combined with planted roofs and openings to the spacious terraces with private pools made of natural rocks and sand, immerses residents in nature while allowing them to enjoy the privacy of their residence. All of the above harmoniously integrates with the environment and provides a unique experience of tranquility and well-being.
